Andreas Philippopoulos-Mihalopoulos is professor of Law and Theory and Director of The Westminster Law and Theory Lab in London. He researches in critical legal studies, autopoiesis, philosophy, art, theology and phenomenology, among others, and he is also a practicing artist, picpoet and fiction writer. We discuss his article titled, "Performing Metaphors," on the intersection between materiality of language, performativity, responsibility, contracts and bodies.
